Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your RAVEN 45 Motorcycle. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it to us in exchange for a new Revolver bike.
Return Process
To return an item, please contact customer service at rvlvrmotors@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA and having spoken to a member of our team, place your item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Returns Guidelines

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving with all parts included.

Any Revolver bike returns or replacements should be authorized by a member of Revolver Motors in advance via email or phone.

Any damages caused by transportation such as scratches, defective parts are NOT eligible for returns.

Pictures / videos are needed for returns or replacements.

Customers will be required to return the original package with the return label provided by Revolver Motors.

Returned items must be kept in the original packaging.

The box must be sealed.

The bike and packaging must NOT be damaged.

Accessories and parts SHOULD be included.

Please provide photos with all returned items, including the packaging. Revolver Motors will have to check the status of the original packaging.

The customer should return the item within 48 hours after contacting Revolver Motors otherwise the return will be deemed as canceled by the customer.

NO free return without reason is supported. 'Don't like the bike’, ‘Don’t want it anymore’, ‘No use for it’ or any other reasoning can NOT be deemed as a valid reason for a return.
Returns Expectations
After receiving your returned products and having fully inspected the condition of the item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item.
